Malmo wins by beating Sydkusten (1-0, 1-0) in semi and Polisen (2-0, 0-0) in the final. The games were played as best-of-two counting only games won (goals not counted). On an equal result after 2 games, sudden-death and then penalties.
Semifinal: Very hard (but fair) games against Sydkusten, in the first game Bergenholz did 1-0 on a penalty in the second half. In the second game Sydkusten pressed hard to equalize in games, and in the last 15 seconds Stewenius scored in a goal left empty by a desperate Sydkusten. 2-0 in games.
Final: Again a hard and fair game. In the first game Bergenholz did 1-0 in the second half and Johansson 2-0 in the final seconds of the game. In the second game Polisen tried to equalize in games Malmo were lucky and could ride out the storm and tie the game. 1.5-0.5 in games.
The results show the usual pattern for equal games in playoffs, it is very hard to score. If we subtract the two goals scored against teams launching all they have into the attack only two goals remain, a penalty and a counter against a defense with only 2 players.
